She keeps you informed on the process of the contract, getting a mortgage and insurance. At closing, she reviews the settlement statement with you, and if she doesn't know something or if something is not clear, she immediately gets the information for you or clarifies what you didn't fully understand before the closing. Jeanette recently helped us sell our home in Parrish. She was excellent to work with and really made the difference in selling our home.
